i meantioned it on the region forum...but... Yourstory (i think it should change, but anyway) has 2 Psychotic dictatorships, one Kingdom, and one commonwealth.

The Empire of Tuba Justin is a huge, devout nation, notable for its devotion to social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 394 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 86%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.
Skateparks can be found in every city, the country has been 'going shopping' by annexing nearby nations for their resources, record sales of 'child-whacking sticks' have been recorded, and a government program is underway to revitalize Tuba Justin's beaches. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Tuba Justin's national animal is the bear, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Tuba.
