So, I went to the Weeaboo...err...Anime Club yesterday and witnessed a pretty decent speech given by their new leader Alex Shelley. They started a new site which, weea...um...Animeish as it is, looks much better than the old one, courtesy of Steven Hand and Alex Mendez whom some of you may remember from band. He's currently at KSU learning some haxx0r skills. Anyway, I obtained the URL and found that Steven has posted links to YourStory on the forum. Now, this can lead up to one of four things happening:
1) They all get ticked about what you all did to their old site and come to kill ours.
2)They forgive us and leave the site alone.
3) They join us and start spamming the stories with crap from Akira and Trigun.
4) They join us and actually use their brains to think of non-stolen characters and contribute to the story.
Obviously, the most ideal of the options is #4, which would work well with the Revival Campaign. The most likely thing to happen is #2, however, in which they remain indifferent and leave the site alone. 1 and 3 are where we have to worry. The Anime Club site has somewhere around 12 members or so, all on at random times, leading them to easily overpower DERRICK, Adam, Tyler, Nicole, and myself with guerilla tactics. With #3, we would be forced to remove them all for ruining the stories, which could eventually lead to #1. Either way, we're pretty much screwed. Fortunately, Steven is on both sides and hopefully won't let them attack our site. Hopefully...
Anyway, just thought I'd share that. I'm not posting the URL to their site for obvious peace-keeping reasons. I wouldn't want to have post-editing fgts ruining their sites as much as they ruin our own.
