Well, him being there makes the lands of Fedaland, the Fainlands, and Megolin (the other one) effectively in existence.
Dark Wing can pick him up, and eventually learn to dimension-hop during the Crisis.

Fedaland is what the province of Grofsnik and the Dwarrows reorganize themselves into. However, after a series of wars the remaining Scionian superpowers (Lacernia and Fedaland) flee to space trying to escape the Scionian Expansion Fleet.
I know that the character is technically from nationstates, but since he didn't do much, I say we ret-con him to say he's from Scion.
