Gonna reduce that to Osaka-2, but ok. there's really no reason to make any city over "2". Tokyo-3 is special because it's the site of the White Moon, but otherwise...yeah

And yes, Osaka VII is printed on the armor of Mecha-Godzilla (Generation 2), Mogera (G2 again), and the Super X-3.
Osaka district 7 is also the head quarters for G-Force.
