We haven't had a group theme username change week event thing in quite some time, so what better time to start than ALMOST-HALLOWEEN? ANSWER: THERE IS NONE.
The event is simple. Find a picture of someone wearing a costume, set it as your profile picture, and change your username to reflect it. EZ. So, without further ado...
