I know, I know, I have the same opinion with Electabuzz/Vire, but for the games, it had to happen. But this is all for the games. I mean, in the story, a Lickitung could be stronger (like Ash's Pikachu that can Thunderbolt Onix/Ground types). I might do that for Asaph (as Buzz is faster but Vire has the mad physical abilities).
