sure THAT was true but I actually don't have a REAL problem with. After 3 years in band half the people in there piss me off to some degree... that's kinda the opposite of what normally happens. USUALLY the more you hang around people, the more you grow to like them. AT THE LEAST, you learn to tolerate them. Like Robbie. I can stand him. He's a hyperactive, compulsive-lying, non-listening, pain-in-the-ass, but I'm stuck with him. I don't hate him anymore, I CAN'T hate him. It takes too much effort to hate someone. Better to accept their flaws and move on. THAT'S CALLED BEING A GOOD PERSON. its like being trapped in a room with someone for weeks. Usually you will be at each other's throats after a while. People who are comfortable with themselves tend to grow to accept the flaws of others and grow fond of them. They tend to be more positive about things. People who are insecure and chronic underachievers tend to grow resentful of those around them, especially when those around them succeed. They also tend to have a more negative outlook on things. I love AP Psychology. |

It's a cool class, but the teacher is a Grade A MORON. I enjoyed the actual class, but the only reason I did well was because I completely ignored Mrs. Burdgess's talking in favor of reading the textbook. If you can tolerate a total moron and a buttload of vocab, take it. Otherwise, stick with Stat.

I didn't take Sociology but I heard it's truly awful.
Come to think of it, the Psych vocab isn't that bad. You only have to do it once per chapter (there are 17 chapters) and some chapters only have like 15 words. You just copy them out of the glossary.

Psych was very interesting. Not only that, but the AP test was EASY. The 100 multiple choice questions are 2/3rds of the grade and the two essays that make up the rest of the test are cake. If you remember most of the vocab you do fine on the test.

I didn't take regular Psych and did fine. You don't have to. It's neither required nor expected. Everyone does fine without it.

I hated AP Stat. It wasn't real math and Mrs. Paine was frustrating. The subject is too vague to even be considered math.
