I was thinking last night, and (thanks to writing The Tale of Mithos and replaying ToS) I thought "Hey, Tales of Symphonia and Kingdom Hearts cane be a good crossover without a pointless setup"

So basically, Mithos' Heart is in his Cruxis Crystal.

KH works differently than other mythos: The HEART is what aligns you either Light or Dark, in effect, making you exist. The SOUL gives you life. The BODY houses the two previously mentioned.

So, If I set ToS in the KH style of things, the Cruxis Crystal holds the HEART, not the SOUL. So, when Mithos was defeated, his Cruxis Crystal joined with Lloyd's effectively, putting Mithos' HEART in Lloyd (a al Kairi from Kingdom Hearts).

Mithos' BODY and SOUL would then have no heart, and so would be reborn as a Nobody (Xithmos) in Twilight Town.

After Dawn of the New World, the Mana would be stable, and the Heart of Aselia would be complete, but most likely NOT CLOSED after 4000 of being broken, thus attracting the Heartless to Aselia.

Sora and co. might show up, and it is after Kingdom Hearts II.
