WHY HAS THIS THREAD NOT BEEN MADE YET. My favorite Strategy RPG, although I've only played it, Advance Wars and Shining Force, so my opinion doesn't matter much. Also has one of the best final boss songs (At least 2D wise) ever:

Fire Emblem (game) was awesome. Sacred stone was pretty good, so was Path of Radience. Shadow Dragon is alright.

Sacred Stones was too lol for me. Evil guy collecting stones release demon bla bla bla. The original (7) is my favorite, as well as 6 just because of the awesome sidequests and the good ending if you collect them all. Never played PoR or RD or SD.

Even now, 7 has a really good story.
Path of Radiance is a Gamecube game, so pick it up for <$20 at Play n Trade. Radiant Dawn is the sequel, on Wii.
Shadow Dragon is a remake of the first game. You know, the one with Marth.

OYEA, THE GUY WHOSE APPEARANCE IN SMASH BROS FINALLY MADE NINTENDO RETHINK THE WHOLE "JAPANESE EXCLUSIVE" THING. <3 MARTH
