BWAHAHAHAHA! NOW WATCH AS I UNLEASH GOD UPON YOU ALL:  This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand when your opponent uses a card that should be outlawed from the world. This card cannot be targeted by and is unaffected by Spells, Traps, and the effects of other monsters. The effects of all other cards on the field are negated, This card's ATK and DEF are treated as infinity. Once per turn, you can pay 9000 of your opponent's Life Points to summon one "Meme" card. |
