Was Sith war first? Cause if so Id say go with Hyperspace ar. Gives some background to build upon.

I had it on Wikipedia earlier but cant find it... I think...
The Great Hyperspace War is I think the great Sith War, as it was the first emergance of the Sith from Korrivan.
Star Wars: the Old Republic is after that.
So... Great Hyperspace War.
