(kay.....)
Pitter Patter began to ruffle his feathers and shake. "Hush, Pitter Patter!" Noelani did NOT want to get caught. She had no clue as to what was up ahead, but whatever it was, it was bad. She stopped and listened to the mist, drawing some of it out of the town. It told her of a man. She listened more, and found him to be evil and powerful. Not wanting to fight, she turned around and began to walk silently, shrouding herself in mist. Pitter Patter settled, but Noelani was careful to remain silent and slow. If she moved to quickly, then the mist would stir.
She looked ahead of her now, towards the path she had come on. Where would she go now?

Cow-man turned to a nondescript town and walked forward.
"Denizens of Nondescriptia! Adios fa-/b/, /v/ is on his way. Bye"

Karxm stopped playing. The girl was still here, he could feel the disruption in the mists. Masked by the mists he began to make his way to where he felt the disturbance. No one would interfere with him now. What was one more life snuffed out?

(Just go somewhere..wait I'll give you someplace to go)
The tavern was old and run down. People came and went at all hours of the day. The candles did little to illuminate the inside.
On stage a band was playing. FiniteFlame was what they were calling themselves. There were five of them, a vocalist, a lead, rhythm, and bass guitarist, and a drummer.
Knox sipped his ale in silence and brooded over his shattered life.
(here's a new place to go. Its easy just make places up if there isnt one.)

(okay.)
Noelani had wondered about until she found a town. It seemed old, but it was somewhere. She had aquired a navy blue cloak from a stall to put over herself. Her outfit wasn't what normal people would wear, and it was in vibrant blues, and the beads would attract attention. Pitter Patter sat on her shoulder, hidden under the hood.
Looking for a place to relax, she entered an old tavern. There was music playing inside, but she had never heard music like that before. A barmaid had to call her five times before she could get her attention. "Do you want anything?" She didn't seem interested and didn't pay much attention to her.
"No, thank you." Noelani took her seat at a small table in the corner of the tavern. Pitter Patter fluffed a bit, wanting to stretch his wings, but she put her hand over him, trying to hold him down a bit. When he shook, her hood shook a bit, too, and that would attract attention. She tried to lean back and listen to the music.

"I think you've had enough." The waiter said to Knox. Knox shot him an angry glance.
"I'll tell you when I've had enough!" He swung wildly at the man, flinging a bottle across the room in the process. The waiter pulled Knox up to throw him out, but Knox struggled. He might have killed the man if he hadn't spotted the girl who entered the bar.
'Jiir-Row?' He thought. His pause allowed the waiter to knock him over the head and throw him out. The band had stopped playing, but started up again.
'That couldn't have been.' Knox lay where the man had thrown him, to tired and drunk to get up. 'Jiir-Row'. He closed his eyes and passed out.

Noelani watched the waitor throw the man out. She was shocked when the man had addressed her, but it seemed he thought she was someone else. The bottle had shattered right next to her, and sent shattered glass all around the floor. She listened to the band for a bit more, then stood to leave. She carefully stepped around the broken shards of glass (she is barefoot) and turned to go out the door.
She paused when she saw the man passed out infront of the entrance. He didn't seem like a bad person, and she couldn't just leave him there. He might ward off customers if he stays there. She reached for a small jar she kept at her waist and opened it. It held cool water that she used when there was no water around. She formed it into a little ball, letting it float in the air a bit, then splashed it in the man's face. She hoped it might wake him up. The waitor hadn't hit him hard, so the cold water should cause a reaction.
She didn't stick around to see, though. She collected the water, putting all the droplets into her jar again, and turned to leave as soon as she had splashed him. Pitter Patter flew over him a bit to, rain falling from his wings. She didn't care if he woke up or not, but she didn't think it was proper to just leave him out in the middle of the street. She adjusted her hood and started walking down the street again, looking for an inn.

Knox came awake suddenly. The cool water hit his face then vanished. He rolled over and tilted his head upward. He saw the girl moving away from him. He saw now that it wasn't Jiir-Row. The knowledge lowered his spirits a bit.
Where would he go now? Perhaps he would just wander. Yes. He was good at wandering.

FiniteFlame finished their performance and began to pack up. Members of the bar crowd began to complain, but they were assured that the band would be back tomorrow.
After gathering their paycheck and having a few drinks, the band made its way outside. Gyr (Guy-er) was a small town. Everybody knew everybody and their business.
"At least its money." Isaac announced to no one in articular.
"Yeah, but not a lot of it." Zerodith pointed out somewhat pessimistically.
"But they like up here," Carrie insisted. "At east we know that we have a job here a little longer."
"Yeah well..." Zerodith always did his best to point out the negatives. But they were right. They were at least doing better than back in Funky Land.
"And the rent for rooms isn't very high." Hayden reminded them. "Even id the pay is low, the rent is even lower!" Zerodith found it hard to argue with her. He always did.
"Well, lets turn in until tomorrow." Isaac led the band to the local inn.

"Ha...Whatever is up there is powerful enough to frighten little girls." Raiden laughed as he felt the mist shrouded girl leave the area. "It must be worthy of a visit from good ol' Raiden." he chuckled. "Shockwave..." he muttered, raising both of his hands in front of him. His outstretched hands began to glow as the electricity traveled through the mist. "If I keep this up, perhaps whatever is out there will come to me. I can't walk much farther through this mist." Raiden noticed the shoes his father had given him, designed to be both an advanced cellular phone and walking utensil. The shoes slowly began to emit sparks; they were short circuiting.

Karxm noticed the girl's presence fade and a new one appear. It felt vaguely familiar. Electricity...
Karxm raised Entropy to his lips and play a few notes. The ground shook as he played. Perhaps that would ward off the potential interloper.

Cow-man charged forward through Gyr. He mooed than jumped over a barefoot girl.
"I'm serving justice in a milk bottle!" He yelled then through a milk bottle at the girl and the drunk man behind her.

"Hmph..." Raiden said, catching himself before he could fall. The ground began to shake violently; whatever he was going toward obviously did not want him there. "My shoes will die any moment, so I'm not turning back!" he called out as he used what remained of his shoe's energy to hover above the ground toward the force that had shaken the earth.
