No clue.
Also, Vampires aren't exclusive to Rome, but Rome is the largest concentration of them. America is second, though far behind. Russia has some groups, but they mostly remain insular. the jungles of South America probably have some, as well and South East Asia. Not everyone likes vampires, but Byzantium is the only one to openly denounce them as soulless demons. Most other places don't forbid the presence of vampires.

ha. Justinian.
I mean, since Byzantium is a super-Christian Empire, they would most certainly be anti-vampire.
Some other places are Christian, but don't reject vampires.

Normally, except they aren't undead, soulless demons.
Ever seen Trinity Blood? Kind of like that.

What if you're bitten?

Hm I haven't addressed that problem yet. Roman vampires stick to bitting/draining animals - and making sure you're dead.
I assume rouge vampires.

I could make that a point.
right now, I envision this in three parts,
Part 1: The overthrow, and the Romonov's war to reclaim their throne.
Part 2: The civil unrest in Russia following the restoration of the crown, and the insertion of Roman and Byzantine agents
Part 3: The country's decent into anarchy following the peasant's uprising, followed by the ultimate war over control of Russia, between Rome, Byzantine, and the citizens (with the aim of establishing an American-style democracy)

Vampire Lenin, then, leads the initial assault, only to have Rasputin lead the Romonov family to victory.

Trotsky lead the Red Army though... He'll pick up the reigns after Rasputin and Lenin have some vampire fight of ultimate destiny.

Trotsky leads the people's army against the Roman forces, Byzantine forces, and (though negligible) the remaining White forces?
