Alright, here's the planet. I need you guys to open this up in paint and we'll have a map game. Everyone basically charts out their countries and stuff one at a time. Also, this place has a WWI era tech level. We'll start the actual nation conquering after we place everything. The more balkanized the better. You add the name of the country(s) you've added next to the little boxes at the bottom. I'll go first.

The Holy Empire of Drestonova is one of the world's oldest. A constitutional parliament rules on behalf of the Divine Emperor. However, the throne has laid bare for 567 years. The people have waited for centuries for a new God King to rise from the masses. A certain Malichai Druva seems to be exhibiting such powers and is currently trying to make his case to the public. For he cannot ascend to the throne until the church deems him fit. Adam, go!

The Arcian Federation is one of the world's largest nations. Its roots trace back to its time as a prominent empire, under the rule of Arcetti the Conqueror. Arcia's imperial rule collapsed almost 600 years ago, when faced with economic downfall and resulting coup de' etat that formed the new government. The current prime minister is the widely popular and charismatic Gabriel Crocello

The Republic of the Fainlands is composed of a number of smaller nations that have historically been at war with each other. the political union was designed to keep the area from tearing itself apart as it has done in the past, but the member states of the Fainlands still don't really like each other. Currently, the Republic is lead by Jason Malkdar.

Dominion of New TakashiA militant, expansionist nation centered around the Eastern Archipelago of Takashi. It was once contained to its island chan, but after a militant coup, the military took control and has been chipping away at the "Western Empires" for decades. Currently ruled by High Chairmen Kaneda Shotoro. Not good friends the Arcians or the Fainish. Kingdom of LadstA somewhat backwards kingdom that has a rather violent history with Drestonova. It lost the vast majority of its land in an ancient war with them, however, they take great pride amongst themselves in that they managed to kill their last God King. They're sort of the butt of every joke nowadays. With a corrupt and tyrannical government in charge, the peasants have been opressed by the land owning elite for centuries. Some speak of a revolution to break out should the Kaiser do anything to annoy the populace. The Order of the Chardian KightsOne of the most feared nations on earth, is also one of the weakest. This land is a holdover of the ancient feudal system of the middle ages. Its military is divided up between the Grandmasters of the individual chapters of the Order. Chivalry and Dread are the two big political practices of the place. IE: There's no democracy, but some Lords are nice and courteous, others are manacle fiends who's very presence on the battlefield fills the enemy with dread. Although they're constantly fighting each other for land, they are united against foreign foes. They detest all nations aside from Drestonova, with which they are descended from. They also share the same religion of Drestonovian Emperor Worshipand the Church of Lavidyat is centered in the northern province.

The Kingdom of Akafka is one of the leading oil and fossil fuel exports in the world, making it one of the wealthiest. Yet at the same time it can be one of the poorest. The central territories are widely built up and populated cities and town, while the outer lands are mostly small desert villages and nomad camps, which are in a constant state of poverty and war with neighboring aggressors. North Catia is a Republic and long time ally of Arcia. Originally the Catian continent was a colony of the Federation. Catia demanded independence and after a brief two year war, their neighbors reluctantly agreed. Not ten years later the continent erupted into civil war, splitting into two nation. the North maintains strong ties to Arcia while the South prefers an isolationist approach.

The Okean-Empori Combine is a primarily trade-based nation. Okea was a seafaring nation centered around the Caccitoe sea, and Empor was a coastal kingdom whose history dates back almost continuously over a thousand years. The mountainous regions kept them from interacting with the rest of the peoples on their continent, leaving them to focus on each other. In modern times, it became economically and militarily beneficial for the two to legitimate what had already been a centuries-old alliance. The Combine is currently headed by Georgio Markelli.

The Tribal Lands of QyikiqolulThe continent of Kobold has often been described as a virgin territory. This nation is the first to be internationally recognized. Although the vast majority of its population lives in the unurbanized tribal/rural areas, there are just enough cities along the coats to give it some productional capacity to rival some of the world's weakest nations. It mostly exports fruit and mineral resources and distributes the profits to the tribes that produced it. The Confederation of LumbraA frozen nation made up of many smaller provinces. Its main exports are diamonds and platinum. A massive private sector dominates all the government. These Corp-Blocs control their individual provinces and mostly sit back and collect money. Hates Arkticia. The Theocracy of ArkticiaAn ancient republic founded by what some believe to be the first homo sapiens. This nation is governed by a strict caste system. A human being is not considered to be "worthy of a soul" until they have proven themselves worthy to the local counsel. Due to this, human lives are often viewed as expendible. Women and children are usually refereed to extra baggage. Women are known as wombs or walking cocoons whilst children are called larvae. Women are often treated as nothing less than toys and the concept of a family is somewhat foreign to them. If the mother survives child birth, she tries to raise the child until it is able to survive on its own, usually around the age of 7-10. They believe that their is an omnipotent force in the universe. IE the guiding hand of evolution. This GodHand wants to create a stronger form of human, and it is up to the high priests to accelerate the development of superior peoples. Cannibalism is also a common practice. The entire world pretty much hates this place. The Empire of Liang XhuAn ancient nation known for its tea, rice, and rolling mountains. The populace is governed by its benevolent Emperor Liang Khan. They believe in a strict set of morals (Confucianism) and a complex system of gods (Hinduism minus the caste system) with an emphasis on personal enlightenment (Buddhism). They really can't stand the Takashinese. The Commonwealth of MyuA mysterious land known for its indomitable ice peaks. Very few people live here, but the mountains make the place all but unconquerable. (Think Switzerland). The United Republics of New DestronovaA former colony of The Holy Empire, this land rebelled against the parliament over 300 years ago claiming that it had no sovereignty over them due to the lack of a proper God King and a lack of representation. They quickly formed one of the world's first true democracies and have thrived. They still follow the religion of Emperor Worship, however, they still have a somewhat shaky relationship with the "Old Empire."

The United Territories of Karsland is a large nation made up of territories, led by an elected Kaiser. Karsland has one of the largest standing armies in the world, as well as the most powerful airforce. No formal religion, though Karsland is a melting pot of nationalities.

The Ashigiri islands developed completely isolated for almost the entirety of their history, starting with the prehistoric migrants from the island chains to the south during the last ice age. Because of its isolation, the Ashigiri Navy and Air Forces are much stronger than their land-based weapons. Ashigiri airships are legendary. The islands are ruled by a absolute monarchy, who historically styles himself the King of the World (since for the longest time, the Islands were all they knew). Heirs are chosen by the people in a rare show of democracy, unless there is only one heir. Even today, they remain relatively isolated thanks to the large ocean between them and the other continents. They tend towards xenophobic and don't usually deal with other nations. they have a particularly bad relationship with Arktica, with whom the frequently clash over possession of the islands between them. Ashigiri revere a small pantheon of deities, the members of which are the former patron spirits of the small nations that existed until they united. King of the gods is the patron of the nation who conquered the rest.
