SOMEONE GO AHEAD AND TYPE SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DAMN ORB OF NUTRIENCE

Name: Elemental Crystals
Type: Item - Jewels
Place of Origin: Earth
First Seen: Random World
Features: The Elemental Crystals, though not as powerful as their Nature Orb counterparts, grant limited control over their respective elements. For example, the Orb of Wind can levitate an entire continent while the Wind Crystal can summon a tornado. Powerful in comparison to most normal magic, but not as powerful as the Orbs. The Crystals are smaller than their Orb counterparts and cannot change their size.
History: Valsair's biography contains the information, but essentially there was an extremely power sorcerer on Earth skilled at manipulating the elements. He used his power in an attempt to destroy all technology. A team of scientists, in an endeavor to stop him, designed a series of cannons that would siphon each of his elemental powers into a small crystal. The man was hit by the cannons and his Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light and Darkness powers were drained into the crystals. A final cannon was going to drain his Spirit energy, an element far too dangerous to allow him to keep, but the operator of the cannon took sympathy on him, knowing that draining his Spirit would kill him. He transferred the Spirit energy into a pendant that Valsair now wears. Valsair's innate Lightning power was not drained into a crystal.
Those 7 Elemental Crystals were forged on Earth. There exist another 5 of Ice, Metal, Wood, Thunder and Nutrients created in Random World. I'll leave their stories up to the creators.
Set Effects: The Wind, Water and Light Crystals, when combined, allow Valsair to transform into his more sinister alter ego Superion. While in that state, he can only use 1 of the elements at a time, although their power is amplified. The Earth, Fire and Darkness Crystals transform Valsair into Hyperion, a being far more powerful, although once again he can only use 1 element at a time. When all 6 are combined with the Spirit Pendant, Valsair can transform into Transcendus. He is able to use all 6 elements in any combination as well as Spirit and Lightning magic.
Once again, I don't have jurisdiction over Metal/Wood/Ice/Thunder/Nutrients, so I'll leave those to their creators.

Name: Crystal of Nutrients
Type: Item - Jewel
Place of Origin: Random World
Features: The crystal gives you the power over anything that provides you with nutrition, namely foods and liquids. For example, let's say you were in Publix when your purse (or man bag) gets stolen. The Crystal of Nutrients would allow you to control all of the food in Publix to stop him. You could hurdle apples at him or make the chicken and turkey come to life to attack him in order to retrieve your purse (or man bag). In addition, the Crystal can be used to summon armies of Rice Krispies soldiers or to give the wielder superhuman health.
History: The Crystal of Nutrients' history is tied to Crispy Rice's. The Crystal was created when she was conceived after Karzem and H'razia made hot, sweet love to each other while each was in possession of their Orb of Nature (Water and Earth respectively). While having hot sex, their powers combined to form the Crystal of Nutrients, which tied itself to Crispy and has been with her since birth.

Name: Rice Crispy cereal
type: Item- THE bowl of cereal!
place of origin: IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN
features: It slices, it dices, it even predicts the future, bitches! This is the great and mighty bowl of cereal that holds the power of the universe in its 1% milk influenced, whole grain goodness! Zais has been known to use for...just about everything!
history: Long ago God created the heavens and the earth, while eating a bowl of rice crispy cereal. Naw not really. LONG ago, there was a man named Will Kemmler. He was an alchemist/sorcerer/lolcow of great power. After years of dedicated study and research, he unlocked the key to reality itself. But to weild this power he needed to contain it inside something. So he decided to use his breakfast. Thus the great bowl of Rice Crispy cereal was made. This man later went on to become the creator of multiverse travel and world creation, but who gives a shit?

Name: Staff of Sands (Hour-staff)
Type: Weapon - Staff
Place of Origin: the Timestream
Features: It looks cool. It helps to focus the powers of the Immortal of Time. You can hit people with it. It also depicts sand falling, and will turn over whenever time is manipulated. As his death approached, the former Time Keeper noticed the sands counting down to his death.
History: Born from the Timestream as a symbol of the office of Time Keeper, the staff has changed hands only twice before coming to rest in those of the best known time Keeper, Stansilaus Gruman. Without it, Time is said to be without an Immortal until the new Time Keeper can summon it of his own will

WELL HE OBVIOUSLY STOLE IT 12 YEARS AGO. OTHERWISE HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE THE CHILD. GOODNESS, TYLER.
On a less 'all-capital' note, did you even bother to work out the details with Nicole before you let your character's history be mercilessly altered?

MY understanding was that it didn't have to be the water orb.
But whatever, he stole the orb 12 years ago then had hot steamy buttsecks with H'razia
