Title: Co-Director of C.O.M.A.S
Age: ?? (Roughly near Leon's)
Eyes: Slightly large in size. His left eye is red while his right one is green. They may shift color depending on his emotion.
Hair: Long and black, goes down to about his shoulders. Seems to be graying the more he studies.
Description/Appearance: William looks similar to his father with longer hair and a less imposing physique. Roughly 5' 9", he wears an outfit similar to Richard's with a cape emblazoned with the moon (albeit a red moon with eerie black eyes staring at you...). His shoulders are not as wide as his fathers, so his outfit doesn't make him any more menacing than a normal person. IT STILL LOOKS COOL, THOUGH. William's personality is far more sinister than his father's, but he hides this well. He used to envy Leon for his proficiency in magic, but after Leon lost this ability William regarded him as "a foolish man who will die at the hands of the Cauldwells".
Short History: William is the son of Richard Cauldwell, founder of the Committee of Magicians Against Science. He took an interest in magic at a young age and constantly studied it with his father. His father, however, had not himself quite mastered magic, and as such William's skills did not increase as much as say Leon's did. Regardless, William, over time, became proficient with magic. Following in his father's footsteps, he began to hate science after stories he heard of his grandfather's but, rather than turn that hatred into a desire to resurrect his grandfather, he turned into a desire to destroy all science. Against his father's wishes he began to study the Null-Void, gathering tons of data on it when it consumed Awesome Land during the War of Four Kings. The Null-Void had an effect on William's personality, but he did his best not to let it show. While in the Null-Void, through one way or another William managed to crystallize a piece of the Veral Dimension (which resides very close to the Null-Void) and use it to forge what would soon become his ultimate weapon. Both he and his father reside in the district ruled by Lex, the Guardian of Energy and Magic.
Weapon: Nixendara, the Void Staff. Nixendara, named after Richard's weapon, is a roughly 4 foot tall silver staff. At the top resides a glass ring. Similar to a donut, the inside of the ring is filled with a part of the Veral Dimension, and the hole of the 'donut' will change into a space like black color and banish William's target into the dimension. Arguably more powerful than Solendara, the weapon is only temporary until William masters the full power of the Null-Void.
Abilities: William can banish people into the Veral Dimension at will, having taken part of it during the War of Four Kings. Before that, he had previously heard Leon talking about how he used it to banish "some foolish girl who tried to take my mirror." Realizing that it was the power he needed, he quickly mastered it in an attempt to get the Null-Void. Aside from this, William can do mediocre imitations of all of his father's spells, but his ability to banish others more than makes up for this.
Random Fact: He has a poster of the Time Keeper and Chrono-Ridley on his wall. How he got either considering the circumstances in which they both appeared is a mystery.
