As if responding to a predetermiend cue, Stella leaped off VBR and headed directly for the Brain. She intercepted Cale's magic dew beam and absorbed its power. She gathered all of her space ninja powers into one deadly attack. Her foot.
"Super...escape...velocity...kick!" Right as she reached the Brain, she flipped backward, delivering her foot right into the base of the Brain, launching it up high. The Brain reached escape velocity rapidly, soaring into outer space before it could explode.
Stella landed beside Cale in a handstand. Stella flipped onto her feet and smiled at Cale. "We're so good at this, other guy."

All the Crossmen held up score cards. All the men gave Stella a 10.
Sherri gave her a 9.

....Zais stared at Stella. "Did she just do that?" which was the collective thought running through Havoc Squad, Sindri, Vanguard and Azzi's minds.
"Uhh...good job." Azzi said slowly. Myrxxan just shook his head.

"Did ve kill it?" asked Izaak. "I'm getting qvite tired of fighting zis evil sing...and I haven't even done anysing to it really! It just smells so...vile! DIE YOU EVIL SING!" He pointed one finger at the beast, said the words of power, and an amorphous black blob appeared in front of the Kraken, or so it appeared to everyone else. What the Kraken was its greatest fear!

"NOOOOOOOOO! LOOKS LIKE KRAKEN'S BRAIN IS BLASTING OFF AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN!" The brain telepathically shouted as it flew off toward space. Oddly, even though it was screaming into their minds, its telepathic voice grew quieter the further away from the protagonists it got.
Around this time, Giggles (who had still been in the air after being thrown up there by the Kraken) was falling toward the ocean. "I'd better close my eyes. I don't wanna sea what happens next! Wuh ha! Wuh ha! Wuh ha!" Giggles shut his eyes as he plummeted toward the water. Would one of the good guys be nice enough to save Giggles from his watery demise?
No.
"I AIN'T BLASTIN OFF WITHOUT YOU, THOUGH, FAT BOY!" Before the brain had left the planet's orbit, it psychokinetically grabbed Giggles and dragged him along.
"Hey, hey wait a second! Not to say I hate brains or anything, but I need my own personal space! Wuh ha! Wuh ha! Wuh-
BOOM!
And then the Kraken's brain exploded.

Looking up at the sky, Cale thought it looked a bit like fireworks... with more flesh. He looked over at Stella and grinned. "Yeah," he said, "I guess we d-" he stopped speaking as he felt a sudden sharp pain in his head. The energy surrounding him had all gone into that blast, and now he felt extremely dizzy. He fell to his knees, and then onto his face. After that, everything went black.

The MHF stepped out from behind a building and walked over to the fallen Cale. He grabbed his wrist and checked the other boy's pulse. After a few seconds, he chuckled slightly.
"I guess I gave him a bit too much." he said, "Come to think of it, with that much of an overdose, I'm surprised he lived."

"Hey!" Stella put her hands on her hips and frowned. "You gave other guy drugs!" She wagged a finger at the unconscious Cale. "Say no to drugs, other guy! Especially when they're green and from strange people."

"Well, people of Awesome Land!" Aurora spoke into her sceptre again, amplifying her voice so it could be heard by everyone in the country. "The evil Kraken has been defeated and, more importantly, Giggles the Clown will no longer destroy the empire with his anti-humor! Do you know what this means?!"
No one bothered to response; they were all frightened, disturbed or dead.
"PARTY!" Aurora pointed her sceptre at the pile of Jell-O pudding near her feet and it reformed itself into Miley Cyrus.
"YEAH! MOVIN' MY HIPS LIKE YEAH!"
"Aurora, once again, I mean no disrespect..." Chancellor Awesome whispered. "But the Imperial Court Jester was just sent into space with an exploding brain and is most likely dead...and we're celebrating?"
"Isn't it great!?" Aurora smiled.

The MHF looked at Stella. "It's not exactly a... oh, whatever." Deciding it best not to try and argue with this clearly deranged girl, he instead picked up the unconscious Cale, and began to carry him towards the hotel from before, deciding it best not to just leave him out in the street.

Stella's UFO hovered back to her and she took her usual seat on the saucer-shaped craft. It buzzed off while she swung her legs back and forth over the edge. She ended up in the vicinity of Izaak.

Zais cleared his throat and and promptly teleported over to Aurora, leaving Havoc Squad and Sindri to glare awkwardly at Crossmen. "So, I see this place is still a barrel of laughs." Zais saod offhandedly as he appeared next to the empress.
Meanwhile Azzi was conversing with Vanguard. "So you're a vampire.....ninja?" Viper asked.
"Yep!" Azzi replied cheerfully. "Of the legendary Thundercougerfalconbird clan!"
"I've never heard of any clan like that before was the general thought of the Vanguard team. Azzi directed his attention to Myrxxan.
"So you're some type of mage, huh?"
"Yeah." Myrxxan said. He'd never noticed it until now...but Azzi was carrying around a box of cereal. Almost like....oh lord...
"That's pretty cool." Azzi said, grinning. "I wish I could do magic! THen I'd be awesome!" Suddenly the rice krispies in his hand began to glow softly. Myrxxan's eyes widened and the group quickly jumped out of the way just in time to avoid the inevitable explosion that followed.
"What the fiz?" Xaadm said, recovering first. Azzi simply stood there, looking unharmed, bu a bit confused.
"What was that explosion?" Durzo asked. "An attack?"
"Was it Havoc Squad?" Konnig added. "Or some other enemy?"
"I'm not sure..." Myrxxan said.
"Uhh....guys.." Everyone turned to see Azzi holding a fireball in the palm in his hand. "Is magic something like this?"
Myrxxan facepalmed while Durzo muttered, "Oh my god...he's a vampire-ninja-mage."

Jace got up from his lounge chair and stretched for a good long minute. Then he removed his sunglasses and triumphantly surveyed the city. It was buried under at least six inches of sea water. Most of the buildings displayed varying degrees of fire damage. More civilians lay dead than he cared to consider. The empty husk of the Kraken dominated the shore, laying half breached with tentacles extending into the city along the streets, some of them twitching. And the nova from the Kraken Brain explosion, which illuminated the afternoon sky, didn't show any signs of diminishing any time soon.
"Good job team. Take five."

"Evening, Zais." Aurora nodded, seemingly used to the Immortal of Darkness appearing at random when not needed. "Yep, things still are crazy around here. You're still welcome to the Minister of Homeland Security position I promised you at the end of the last war." she smiled.
Chancellor Awesome tensed up as he stared at Zais, slightly annoyed, seemingly not used to the Immortal of Darkness appearing at random.

Far away, on the peaks of the Uncharted Mountains, a lone figure stood watching the flat lands below. Behind her stretched the region known as Fun Land, now a part of the Awesome Land Empire; to her left, the mind-asploding plains of Groovy Land. It was rumored to be the home of the legendary Bill Nye, the Science Guy. But before her lay Awesome Land proper. Even from this distance, she could see the explosions and fires and hear the screams of the civilians and Kraken. There lay Dynasty City. There lay her target.
"I'm coming for you, Stella," Blanche muttered, slamming a kunai into the rock. "No mercy."
Dark Energy swept over her and she vanished from sight.
