Leon and company emerged from the portal just before it closed, sealing the fate of the Final Void. He stared below at the katana embedded in his chest and said in a very soft voice "You all...will have to explain this to me later..." He was in a lot of pain but tried not to let it show. He vaguely remembered Seth mentioning the four pillars right before they escaped the dimension and grabbed them (they were surprisingly light) when he noticed something amiss with Awesome Land...Or, rather, something not amiss. The only thing that was NOT in ruins of the land was the one thing that had been completely destroyed - his former tower. In fact, it was in perfect condition, even larger and grander than it had been before. Knowing someone was up to no good, he rushed (as much as he could) to the tower, taking everyone with him to the tower elevator up to the 9001st floor, the observatory and throne room.
When he entered the throne room it was pitch black. "I never did install light switches..." he laughed. He generally used magic to illuminate the room...but that was all in the past. Immediately after saying that, the lights came on and before him stood several people; one stood out from the rest. The person was smaller and more petit than Leon and the rest, but gave an aura very similar to his own. Not only that, but the person donned a dark purple hooded robe with various designs to
"You've brought the pillars as he said you would. Good." the person said in a hushed voice. A small golden ornamented scepter appeared in the person's hands and the pillars rose, flying outside toward an even larger pillar. "The Alspire..." the person whispered. "Is it not beautiful." The people in the room turned to look out the window. The four pillars formed a square around the larger pillar and began to grow. Everyone turned around again; they couldn't keep their eyes away from Leon and company too long.
Leon examined the person closely and immediately recognized her. "S-Sister?" he asked. Her voice and size were exceptionally familiar. If only he could get a closer look at her face would he be certain.
"Yes, Leon. It is I, Aurora Veralice." she said angrily. Her scepter was raised threateningly toward her brother. She was exceptionally mad; her demeanor was normally calm and this threw Leon off quite a bit.
"Perhaps I should explain..." Leon began to Johnny and the rest. "When I had first started amassing power to become emperor a few years back-
"I tried to stop him. I knew he was being corrupted by that accursed blade." Aurora interrupted. "He banished me to a dimension filled with very frightening dragons. Same with Taenas and Walter too." Aurora pointed out the two directly behind her. Taenas and Walter had joined her in this plot against Leon. They wore very protective armor, ready for any attack. They smirked at Leon, desiring vengeance against him- Walter for being banished to the dimension, and Taenas because he was essentially Walter's son.
"But I should be thanking him." Aurora chuckled softly. "It is from there I learned what it takes to be a leader...To be respected by your subjects rather than feared. This is what Awesome Land needs."
"What exactly are you saying? And how did you get back to our dimension?" Leon asked, although he had a frightening idea of what was going on.
"Quite a while ago the seal you placed on Draterran to prevent my return began to fade. A young scientist came to me and mentioned something about some dimension. I didn't understand him at the time, but he said that I could finally go back to Awesome Land and exact vengeance upon Leon. He apparently wasn't fond of you either." she said softly. Her voice never quite rose above a whisper, yet it was audible by all.
'Seth' Leon thought. He clenched his fist before struggling to rise to his full height. He wanted to show his sister that he wasn't going to be beaten by a mere child. She was approximately 7 or 8 years younger than he was, but quite a decent sorceress and swordswoman.
"Due to my being banished to Draterran, I learned the skills a powerful commander must have, and the people here love me for it...Ah! It is ready!" she exclaimed quietly. She motioned everyone to look outside the window (which emcompassed most of the wall). The four Elemental Pillars began channeling energy to the Alspire, which in turn created a huge field of energy which spanned across Awesome Land. Rapidly, buildings, wildlife and the land itself began to be restored. In a matter of minutes Awesome Land was in perfect harmony, the kind it had been before Leon took over.
"In short, Leon, we no longer require you here. While I have no vendetta against them-" Aurora pointed to Johnny, Mari, Zais and the other protagonists. "-I can't have your friends aiding you in any form. You must all leave now, by your own free will...or by force." Aurora said. She was hesitant in saying the last words of her sentence; she had never been a violent person. The hooded robed people in the back of the room stared ahead with icy blue eyes, shifting slightly when she said 'force'.
Leon barely managed to draw Luxumbra from its sheathe and held it (as threateningly as possible) toward Aurora. "Who do you think I am?!" he yelled, coughing violently as he did. "I'm not just gonna stand here and be bossed around by you, Aurora!" Leon was furious at this, but Aurora showed no signs of malice.
Instead, she merely smiled, removing her hood to reveal her slightly pale face and lengthy hair. "You would take up arms against your sister, Leon? In your condition?" she laughed.
"I won't allow this!" Leon yelled again. He panted and fell on one knee, unable to stand much longer.
She smiled again and chuckled to herself. "There is a new ruler in town, Brother. Your time here is at an end. You cannot stay." She lifted her scepter into the sky as Walter, Taenas and the other hooded guardians outstretched their right arms, their palms facing Leon and co.
"What gives you...the right...to banish me from Awesome Land?!" Leon panted again, attempting and failing to get up.
"With permission from Taenas and Walter, the most recent Emperors, and our people of course-" She stepped out onto the balcony; people below her chanted "We love Aurora! We love Aurora!" Someone may have even yelled "LEON SUCKS!" in the background.
"-I have become the official ruler of the land. The Supreme Commander of the Imperial Army and the Great Justice presiding over all legal matters. I've even appointed the Lesser Emperors-" She pointed to Walter, Taenas and the other hooded robed people. "-as guardians for our people's safety." Aurora walked up to Leon and tapped him on the head with her scepter. "In short, Brother, I am the Grand Imperatrix, Aurora Veralice, and my authority is absolute!" she exclaimed softly. Her scepter and the outstretched hands of the lesser guardians began to glow as the Alspire radiated even more energy across the land. Instantaneously, Leon and co. were several yards outside Awesome Land.
"What the? How dare she?!" Leon yelled. He ran toward Awesome Land and was immediately thrown back by an invisible barrier. "...It's been sealed. Something only a true leader can do...No entrance or exit except by my accursed sister...I feel faint." Leon said, and he collapsed upon the ground. The previous confrontations and the power of the seal had taken a heavy toll on him. Immediate medical attention, as Seth had suggested, was probably a good idea if he wanted to survive. Fortunately for the protagonists, when Leon was thrown back by the seal, he removed a layer of dirt from the ground, revealing a sign that said "REALLY COOL HOSPITAL - 1 MILE THAT WAY!" Aurora, being a benevolent girl, had transported them right to the border between Awesome Land and Really Cool Land.

Meanwhile, at the Tower of the Grand Imperatrix:
"Emperor-General Walter, begin training the Imperial Army. Emperor-General Taenas, ensure that the construction of the new school is in order." Aurora commanded. Walter and Taenas bowed to Aurora before heading off to their duties. "Guardian Laurine, send Charles establish our foreign relations. Guardian Tyras, have some of our more willing commoners test the Seal. It should be impenetrable. That being said, if the subjects find a way through it, bring them here." Aurora said. Two hooded robed characters bowed, saying in unison "Yes, Your Majesty." before heading off to a very ornate building in the distance.
"The rest of you, find and repair any flaw you see with Awesome Land in its current state. The restoration of the empire is our first priority. Move out!" Aurora commanded. The remaining guardians bowed and left to various parts of Awesome Land.
"As for me...I will keep a close eye on Leon and ensure that he does not threaten my plans." Aurora whispered to herself. She went back onto the balcony and reveled in the chanting of her subjects, staring out in the distance toward the just-barely-visible outline of Really Cool Land.
